Ms. Cindi White of Cindi White Designs, LLC has worked with me on our condo in Hawaii as of August 2003.

Ms. White was exceptional in that she quickly grasped the more unusual nature of my request: I wanted a very playful, colorful and happy place, and I wanted it done fast so that our first Hawaiian vacation with the family could be had at Christmas time.

Ms. White lost no time and scouted all the available Honolulu, Kahului and Lahaina contemporary stores to find appropriate possibilities for my approval, to be enhanced by the occasional ordered piece. Her planning was impeccable: she picked me up at the airport and within the shortest time we had the basic theme established. Admittedly we had a bit of luck of what the stores were showing, but Cindi’s eye and artistic vision played a major role.

Our living room is furnished with bright red unusual shapes, the dining room is orange, offset by emerald green barstools. The sunroom is sunny: bright yellow reclining chairs. All three bedrooms have their own character, but bright colors make you smile.

The condo is a happy place!

Throughout Ms. White has taken great care to follow up with orders and deliveries. She has also gone out of her way to supervise installations. She is totally reliable, keeps to the timetable as much as possible and communicates regularly. It has been an absolute joy to work with her. And most of all I give her credit for the flexibility she has shown to furnish our condo OUR way.

My husband and I own a condo in Maui and live in Denver, Colorado. Over the years, we found it’s very hard to redecorate on Maui since the retail was so limited. We decided to hire Cindi White to help us make our condo feel like our second home.

We only had one meeting with her at the condo to review our taste and our intentions. She was very accommodating with e:mails and Fed Ex’s to show us options that she had obtained. As a practicing physician of over 24 years, time has become a very valuable commodity. In 2008, when I decided I wanted to do a “total” remodel on one of my bathrooms, I found the scope of choices with regard to materials, colors, brands and options to be overwhelming. Offering extensive interior design experience from Long & Associates, Cindi was able to quickly and efficiently translate my ideas into drawings and then into reality. She was a wealth of knowledge regarding all options from materials to design. Cindi was happy to offer advice and guidance, but, was absolutely clear that the finished product needed to be exactly what I, as the customer, wanted. She was willing to “preshop” materials which expedited the selection process, integrated efficiently with my contractor, stone mason, plumber and helped to make what appeared at first to be a daunting project an extremely rewarding experience.

Today, when I enter my new bathroom, I know from my travels that only the finest of hotels in Hawaii, or anywhere in the world for that matter, would offer the level of comfort, function and feeling of luxury that Cindi helped me create.
